Parents and guardians check their phones all day. NewHope SMS lets a school send fee reminders, exam notices and event alerts to a whole class, a whole school or a single family by SMS.
Create a contact list for each group, such as "Form 1 parents", "Class 5" or "Teaching staff", and import the numbers from a CSV file. When you send, you choose the list. A new term only needs the lists updated, not the messages rewritten.
With your own Sender ID, messages arrive under the school name instead of an unknown number, so parents know who the message is from. The Sender ID is approved after a review with a business document; read the registration steps.
Credits are bought in advance, so the school sets its own budget. Each message part uses one credit, and the price per SMS is lower when more credits are bought at once.
